Why should I consider France for study abroad in 2020?

Stay back after studies and look for a job. After the completion of your higher studies in France and on obtaining a degree, you can request for an Autorisation Provisioire de Séjour (APS). This is a temporary resident permit that will allow you to stay on in France for up to 1 year. With the APS, you can stay on in France for a year while you look for a job (with no restrictions); or utilize the time for making preparations for setting up a company in France (in a field related to your training).

With the government subsidizing a significant portion of the costs, the tuition fees in the public higher education institutions in France is quite low when compared to certain other countries.

Additionally, 500+ French scholarships are available for Indian students. Each year, the French Embassy in India, in collaboration with various French companies, awards scholarships to the amount of around INR 7.1 crores to more than 500 meritorious young Indian graduates wishing to take up higher education in France.
