Admission

Documents to be sent by mail (in PDF or JPG format):

Written request directed to Vice President for International Relations, stating the selected degree programme.

Application form, filled out and duly signed by the candidate.

Curriculum Vitae in English signed by the candidate.

High School document including the final scores of all subjects taken at a high school (original together with sworn translation in English or Polish) with Apostille or legalized by the Polish Embassy.

High School diploma (original together with sworn translation in English or Polish) with Apostille or legalized by the Polish Embassy.

Clause issued by pertinent institutions (Polish Embassy, Ministry of Education) stating that the diploma entitles the holder to undertake studies in the country where the diploma was issued.

Certificate of English Language Proficiency. 

The requirement does not concern those applicants for whom English is either the native language or was the instruction language at school.

Copy of passport (page with personal data).

Health certificate including a clause that the student is in good health and is capable of commencing studies.

Documents to be delivered after student´s arrival:

2. 4 Photographs (white background 35mm x 45mm)

3. Insurance

4. Visa / TRC copy
