Vistula University is a reputable university, awarded by independent Polish and foreign institutions, such as Perspektywy and Rzeczpospolita, Home&Market aand Business Center Club. The univsersity consists of eminent experts who have a real impact on economic and social life, including prof. Krzysztof Rybiński - former Vice-President of the National Bank of Poland, prof. Andrzej Olechowski - former minister of finance and former minister of foreign affairs and prof. Longin Pastusiak - former Vice-President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. The University closely cooperates with companies and supports business entrepreneurship among students, which is something that makes it stand out in the Polish educational market. It offers undergraduate, graduate, engineering, postgraduate and doctoral studies, conducted both in Polish and in English. It was established in 1992, and together with the European Academy of Fine Arts and the School of Tourism and Recreation it forms the Vistula Universities Group.

Admission

Before the studies begin, candidates must submit the following documents:

The original secondary school graduation diploma with an attachment;

The diploma translated into Polish with obtained grades;

An apostille of the certificate of completion/Matura certificate (in case of certificates issued by an institution operating within the education system of a country being a party to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, drawn up in The Hague on 5 October 1961) or the original (duplicate) foreign certificate legalised by the consul of the Republic of Poland residing in the country where the school operates - for all cases except Ukraine and Belarus);

nostrification of secondary school graduation diploma

insurance for the period of study

a medical certificate of no impediment to study

certificate of proficiency in English at B2 level (for candidates applying to study in English) or in Polish at B1 level (for candidates applying to study in Polish) or Polish at B1 level and English at B1 level (for candidates applying for Polish-English studies)

a valid visa or residence card

a copy of passport

3 photographs (35 x 45 mm)

signed regulation on tuition fees

2 agreements between university and student

copies of all documents

copy of passport of a parent signing the agreement (for underage candidates)

copy of birth certificate (for under-age candidates)

Candidates for graduate studies must additionally submit:

undergraduate studies diploma with obtained grades

certified translation of undergraduate studies diploma

Students transferring from other universities must additionally submit:
